International Shipping (non-EU): 10–20 business days
Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (available in select countries – final cost calculated at checkout)
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

Return Policy
At She Glows, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, you may return your item under the following conditions:
🕒 Return Period
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
📦 Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following requirements:
Must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags and labels must remain attached
Must be returned in the original packaging
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on intimate items (e.g. bodysuits), or any product that shows signs of wear or use.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned items, and any return that does not meet the above conditions will be declined.
💸 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after the item has been received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
🔁 Exchanges
If the returned item arrives in perfect, unused, flawless condition, we may accept a size exchange — only for the same style, color, and product type.
All exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery to sylvia@sglows.com.
Our team will respond with the next steps and exchange instructions.
